Description
Located along its namesake peninsula, the Presque Isle Lighthouse is one of three lighthouse on Lake Erie within Pennsylvania. Built in 1872, it has helped ships navigate the shores of the lake since it was first lit in 1873. The Presque Isle Lighthouse is currently listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
